Have you ever entered a poetry contest? Tell me how you feel. The contest that I have entered ask that the poem is no longer than twenty lines. Another one said twenty four lines. I am waiting to hear from them. One contest I received a plaque with my poem printed on it. Twice I received Editor's Choice awards.
The poems are printed in a book. You can purchase a copy of the book but you are not obligated to do so. People like seeing their poems published. I enjoy reading the poems. If you send in a profile along with your poem you have to pay for it. Have not sent in a profile so do not remember the fee.
